01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Kodomo99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the Kodomo99 website at kodomo99.cam and any associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and promotional programmes.

3. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, nominee, or agent of any third party.
4. You have not previously had a Kodomo99 account suspended, permanently closed for misconduct, or self-excluded under a formal self-exclusion request.
5. You are not an employee, director, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any Kodomo99 employee or affiliate involved in the operation of the Platform.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
7. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the full value of any funds deposited.

Kodomo99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds information. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification.

04Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Kodomo99 Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Malaysia. You must notify Kodomo99 support promptly of any changes to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. Kodomo99 will never request your password via email, chat, or any unsolicited communication. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to Kodomo99 immediately at [email protected].

Account names cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. All winnings, bonuses, and benefits are personal to the registered account holder and have no transferable monetary value outside the Platform.

05Deposits & Payments

Kodomo99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable processing thresholds at the time of transaction:

• Bank Transfer / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating FPX member banks.
• Instant Transfer / DuitNow: Real-time bank transfers via the DuitNow network.
• eWallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB, subject to current exchange rate confirmation at time of deposit.

All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate displayed at the time of transaction confirmation. Minimum deposit thresholds and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard.

Kodomo99 only accepts deposits from payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymised funding sources will be refused and returned where technically possible. Repeated attempts to deposit from ineligible sources may result in account review and potential suspension.

06Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. Kodomo99 endeavours to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe displayed at point of request, which varies by payment method. Standard processing benchmarks are as follows:

• FPX and DuitNow transfers: typically within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• eWallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 5 to 60 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 90 minutes.

Before any withdrawal can be approved, the account holder must complete the Kodomo99 KYC verification process. Required documentation includes a government-issued photo identity document (MyKad or valid passport) and proof of residential address dated within 90 days. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of verification.

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used to fund the account or, where this is not available, to an account held in the same name as the registered Kodomo99 account. Kodomo99 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed stated daily or weekly thresholds.

Any real-money balance remaining after bonus funds have been used will be available for withdrawal subject to the above conditions. Uncleared bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request where the wagering requirement has not been satisfied.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Kodomo99 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and reload offers. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. General conditions applicable to all Kodomo99 promotions include:

2. Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for that promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without notice.

4. Kodomo99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a User, the terms applicable at the time of acceptance will continue to apply to that User's existing bonus balance.

6. Any evidence of abuse, exploitation, or systematic manipulation of promotional offers will result in disqualification, forfeiture of the bonus, and may result in permanent account closure.

08Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Kodomo99 Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Acceptable use of the Platform includes accessing games and sports markets available to you, managing your Account, claiming eligible promotions, and communicating with Kodomo99 support through official channels.

You acknowledge that the outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generation systems and that Kodomo99 does not manipulate, influence, or pre-determine results. Displayed RTP values represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any session, round, or wager.

When using the sports betting section of the Platform, you accept that odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance and that Kodomo99 may decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion in accordance with its sportsbook rules, which are published and available within the relevant section of the Platform.

09Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances in the affected account:

1. Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, whether real or fictitious.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification process.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
4. Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer poker environments.
5. Exploiting identified software errors, glitches, or technical faults to obtain an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from technical errors are void and will be reversed.

7. Facilitating access to the Platform by any person who is under the age of 21 or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Kodomo99 Platform — including but not limited to the Kodomo99 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of Kodomo99 or its licensed third-party suppliers. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Platform grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any Kodomo99 intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, transmit, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Kodomo99.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kodomo99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to service, technical failures, or network outages that affect access to the Platform or the settlement of bets.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from a failure by you to safeguard your login credentials.
• Reliance on any game result, odds display, or balance figure that was subject to a technical error, provided that Kodomo99 has applied reasonable correction procedures.
• Any loss of gambling funds, whether as a result of normal gameplay outcomes or Platform malfunctions that are identified and addressed in accordance with these Terms.

This limitation does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to you under Malaysian law, nor does it limit Kodomo99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by Kodomo99's negligence.

12Responsible Gambling

Kodomo99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all eligible players. The following tools are available to all account holders free of charge and can be activated via the Account settings or by contacting Kodomo99 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a defined period of uninterrupted play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend account access for a short defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.

13Account Suspension & Termination

Kodomo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
2. Provision of false or misleading registration information or KYC documentation.
3. Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
4. Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
5. Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
6. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with the Account.
7. Direction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation rather than permanently closed, any real-money balance will be held securely pending resolution. Where permanent closure is confirmed as a result of verified misconduct, Kodomo99 reserves the right to forfeit the outstanding balance in accordance with applicable law and licence conditions.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Kodomo99 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed and all pending withdrawal requests must be finalised. Real-money balances will be returned to you upon successful identity verification.

14Amendments to These Terms

Kodomo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they could adversely affect existing Users — Kodomo99 will provide notice via a prominent site announcement, email notification to the registered address, or both, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Kodomo99's international gaming licence is issued. This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer protections applicable to you in Malaysia.

Kodomo99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any Account disputes through its internal complaints process in the first instance. Users are invited to contact Kodomo99 support to raise a formal complaint. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, alternative dispute resolution options may be available through the relevant licensing authority's player dispute mechanism.
